Exercising and maintaining good health should become the priority in today?s time. People should become extra careful these days because of their eating habits as a lot of people have started loving fast food and soft drinks.
People should also start exercising regularly due to their lifestyle as the working hours are not at all fixed and almost all people using personal computers and laptops these days, whether they are working in offices or they are having their businesses. There was a research conducted by Mice in Chicago earlier this week proved that the use of caffeine and exercising regularly reduces the risk skin cancers which is caused due to sun light and its rays. This report was presented by Dr. Yao-Ping Lu, associate research professor of chemical biology and is also the director of skin cancer prevention. He is designated at the Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy in Piscataway in the New Jersey city. He presented those reports at the annual meeting for this year to American delegates of the American Association for Cancer Research in Chicago.
The researchers also found in their research that there is a association between fat, inflammation and cancer. The tissues get inflammated in the human body when a lot of fat gets collected. A very important reason of skin cancer is inflammation in the body.
Mr. Lu stated: ?I believe we may extrapolate these findings to humans and anticipate that we would benefit from these combination treatments as well?.
So, people should always take extra precautionary measures when they go out in sun and should also reduce the intake of oily food that contains a lot of fat gives way to inflammation.
